70%-80%-90% Progressive
This plan is designed for the seasoned full time or part
time agents that average an annual commission production
of $75,000.00 or more. Agents who wish to bring in other
productive agents and receive a 10% residual from the
recruited agents production. No monthly or desk fees.
Agents in this plan are all in the 80% Split the beginning
of each calendar year. Upon reaching a gross commission
level of $75,000.00, the agents move up to the 90% commission
level. In the event an agent do not reach the $75,000.00
commission requirement to move up to the 90% level, the
agent will start at the 70% level the following year until
the $75,000.00 is reached. Then, the agent moves up to
the 90% level for the rest of the year and starts at the
80% level again for the following year.
One Level Residual
Agents receive a 10% residual income on their personal
recruits’ production up to $7,500.00 annually or
when the personal recruit moves up to the 90% level. Agents
are entitled a residual income only from their personal
recruits. An agent can make $75,000.00 annual residual
income by simply bringing in 10 productive agents to this
plan!Agents in this plan can also form a 100% Traditional
team in the Option B plan. They can also retire and will
100% of their residual income!
Example:
Agent A recruits Agent B, and Agent B recruits Agent
C. Agent A is entitled to a 10% residual on Agent B’s
closings but not on Agent C’s. Agent B in turn,
is entitled to a 10% residual from Agent C’s closings.
Agent B & C each close a sale and each receive a
$10,000.00 commission. 702 City writes Agent B &
C checks for $8,000.00 each (80%), Agent A a $1000.00
residual check for Agent B’s closing, and Agent
B a $1000.00 residual check for Agent C’s closing.
Agents can retire and will 100% of their residual income!
It’s wonderful to receive large residual income
by simply introducing agents to the company!
