This plan is suited for the seasoned full time or part time agents who desire to recruit and build teams of agents. No monthly or desk fees. Agents in this plan will receive a $100 residual for each closing of personal recruits only – 1 level residual.
Example:
Agent A joins and recruits Agents B1-10 (10 agents) to 702 City in the Option B plan. Agents B1-10 each close a sale and receive a commission. 702 City writes Agent A $100 residual checks for Agents B1-10 for a total of $1000. If Agents B recruit other agents to the company, then, they will also be entitled a $100 residual for each agent, each closing!
